Our family built Twin Landings in 1993 after years of vacationing on Topsail Island in vacation rentals. Since then, we have enjoyed countless beach memories here with our family and friends, and have enjoyed sharing it with groups visiting the island.
Each side of Twin Landings offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two fully furnished oceanfront decks, private stairway to the beach, ample parking, and an open living area on the top floor with sweeping views of the ocean.
Twin Landings can be rented together for large groups, where you can spread out between the two houses, and mingle on the large connecting upper deck. Or the upper deck can be gated, and you can rent one side separately for a more intimate beach getaway.

Twin Landings is located on a quiet stretch of beach 2 miles south of the Surf City Pier, making it easily accessible to the great shops and restaurants of both Surf City and Topsail Beach

We aim to provide a vacation rental experience makes your vacation as relaxing and stress-free as possible. We try to think of as many conveniences and amenities as we can, so you can sit back and enjoy your stay at the beach.
Tall deck chairs
Each side’s upper deck offers 4 bar-height deck chairs so you can enjoyed unobstructed ocean views.
Linens & Beach Towels
We provide sheets, towels, and beach towels so you don’t have to bring or rent these items.
Beach Toys & Chairs
Just bring yourselves – we have a supply of beach toys and chairs in the garage for you to use.
Private Beach Access
Each side has its own stairway to the beach, so no need. to share if you are renting one side.
Fully Stocked Kitchen
Each kitchen has all plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. We also provide coffee, oil, and spices.
Ample Parking
There are two garage spaces on each side, along with plenty of room to park in the driveway.
